SB Technology Leads Japan's Security Monitoring Markets in FY2023

Tokyo, Japan—SB Technology Corp. secured the top vendor position in three security monitoring service markets for fiscal year 2024, according to an ITR Corporation report released on November 21, 2024.

The company captured 32.2% of the Microsoft 365 operational monitoring service market, leading across all employee-size categories. 

It has maintained this position for the third consecutive year since fiscal 2021.

In the SIEM operational analysis services market, SB Technology achieved a 21.2% market share, with a notable 31.6% share in the segment serving companies with 10,000 or more employees.

The company advanced from third to first place in the ID management security operation monitoring service market, securing a 16.0% market share and dominant positions in the manufacturing, telecommunications, and construction sectors.

SB Technology placed second in the newly established managed XDR service market with a 19.8% share, leading in the telecommunications, services, and construction industries. 

It secured fourth position in the managed EDR service market with a 5.1% share.

The Security Monitoring Center provides round-the-clock analyst support, serving hundreds of enterprise companies and local governments across 405 municipalities in 12 prefectures.

The ITR report's findings are based on vendor interviews and analyses conducted between July and September 2024, incorporating public information, product briefings, and financial statements.
