New York, NY - Ad-Shield, the AdBlock recovery technology company, has raised KRW 2.7bn ($2.02mn) in a Pre-A round with participation from Shorooq Partners.
Existing investors Bass Investment and Hashed also participated.
The New York-based company will use the new capital for hiring and global expansion as it continues gaining traction with international clients.
With over 30% of users employing adblockers, Ad-Shield's solution has become increasingly relevant for publishers seeking to combat revenue losses.
The company currently recovers over 1 billion monthly ads and reports 30% month-on-month growth.
