Seoul, South Korea — Crowdfunding platform Wadiz has eliminated its pre-approval requirement for new campaigns, replacing manual review with a full-lifecycle artificial intelligence monitoring system effective April 13.

The change allows both domestic and international creators to launch funding projects immediately without waiting for administrative clearance.

Wadiz stated that its proprietary AI system will continuously monitor project descriptions, reward structures, and community feedback, identifying potential risks from publication through final payment settlement.

The transition is the latest development in the company’s technological integration, following the rollout of its AI Screening tool in 2024 and the WAi AI agent in 2025.

To maintain platform security and consumer protection, Wadiz leverages the built-in structural delay in crowdfunding campaigns.

Each campaign has a scheduled open period before financial transactions are processed.

During this interval, the AI system assesses any detected anomalies against company policy.

If risks are identified, the system can automatically restrict project visibility or suspend campaigns according to the risk level.

Company officials said the AI operates alongside human staff in a dual-verification structure.

Automated oversight is supplemented by user reports collected through a feedback feature that has been active for the past 7 years.

The updated framework covers both domestic and international creators, extending Wadiz’s global expansion, which began in May of the previous year.

A Wadiz spokesperson said the move from pre-approval to real-time AI monitoring is intended to lower entry barriers, allowing faster project launches while relying on post-publication verification to ensure platform integrity.
