Tokyo, Japan—LY Corp has introduced a new feature on its "Yahoo! Job Catalog" platform that allows users to compare up to 11 companies side-by-side.

The tool, launched on September 18, 2024, aims to improve information gathering for job seekers and career changers.

The comparison feature lets users view 14 work environment-related metrics in a tabular format, including annual salary, overtime hours, and employee satisfaction ratings.

It covers over 5 million companies listed on the platform.

Yahoo! Job Catalog hosts information on over 5 million companies, with employee reviews available for about 99,000 firms.

The platform has accumulated over 3 million pieces of feedback, including approximately 2.4 million written reviews and 600,000 ratings on salaries and company policies.

LY Corp says the new tool will help users discover potential employers and conduct more in-depth company analyses.

The company plans to continue improving and developing features to help users find their ideal workplace and work style.
